**Job Title: Assistant Deli Manager**
The Assistant Deli Manager plays a vital role in managing the daily operations of the deli, focusing on inventory management, product display, and quality assurance. This position also involves guiding, training, and supervising the deli staff to ensure outstanding customer service and compliance with safety standards. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age and ideally have two years of supervisory experience within the food service industry. The role demands flexibility in scheduling, the maintenance of Food Safety certification, and the physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
