**Job Title: Assistant Director of Maintenance**
The Assistant Director of Maintenance is responsible for supervising everyday operations of building maintenance, repairs, and preventive measures, in addition to assisting the Director with the management of personnel and contractors. This position also plays a key role in managing security for the golf course and ensuring that all club facilities adhere to stringent safety and operational standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma and a minimum of three years of experience in facilities or building maintenance. Expertise in various trades, including electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC systems, is essential. A valid driver’s license and the capacity to handle physical labor are also required.
