Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in managing the daily operations of the store, focusing on cost management, stock oversight, and financial transactions. This position requires leading the team by setting a positive example, guaranteeing adherence to company policies and practices, and upholding excellent levels of customer service and store hygiene. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have access to an insured reliable vehicle. Additionally, the job entails basic mathematical competencies, availability for nights and weekends, and passing background and drug tests.
