**Job Title: Assistant Store Manager**
In this role, the Assistant Store Manager works closely with the Store Manager to manage everyday retail activities, oversee inventory management, and lead the team, all aimed at delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety protocols are followed, fostering staff development, and upholding store standards. Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of experience in retail, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have a strong command of Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and over 3 years of experience in retail leadership.
