Job description
**Campus Safety Officer**
The Campus Safety Officer plays a crucial role in safeguarding the campus by conducting patrols, overseeing facilities, and maintaining the safety and security of all students, staff, and visitors. This position involves collaborating with local emergency services and overseeing access control, traffic management, and emergency communication systems. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, a valid Connecticut driver’s license, and a minimum of two years of experience in security or law enforcement. Furthermore, a Medical Response Technician (MRT) certification is required, along with the physical capability to undertake demanding manual tasks.
