Job description
The technician will be tasked with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a range of commercial HVAC systems, such as chillers, rooftop units (RTUs), and variable air volume (VAV) systems. In addition, they will carry out preventative maintenance and cultivate professional relationships with facility staff. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and must have an EPA Universal Certification. A current driver’s license with a clean driving history is essential for operating company vehicles.
