**Job Title:** Back-End Construction Manager
Oversee the back-end construction processes and collaborate with trade partners to guarantee timely home deliveries without defects. Perform daily inspections at the site and lead customer walkthroughs to uphold quality standards and adherence to company specifications. The role demands exceptional organizational abilities and project management expertise, particularly in high-pressure situations to meet tight deadlines. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, access to a dependable vehicle, and be open to participating in a rotating emergency on-call schedule.
