Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in managing the daily operations of the store, focusing on inventory management, cost control, cash handling, and fostering customer relationships. This position involves guiding the team to achieve sales targets while upholding the company’s policies, procedures, and maintaining high cleanliness standards. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and possess an insured vehicle for delivery purposes. Moreover, the role demands the capability to lift up to 50 pounds, remain standing throughout the shift, and successfully complete a criminal background screening.
