Job description
**Job Title: Technician**
The technician will oversee the upkeep of campgrounds, which involves tasks such as lawn maintenance, landscaping, and managing irrigation systems, in addition to handling various building maintenance and repair duties. Responsibilities also include aiding in new construction initiatives, supervising volunteer efforts, and ensuring that all facilities adhere to safety regulations. Qualified candidates should possess an associate’s degree or have a minimum of two years of pertinent experience in grounds maintenance or facilities upkeep. A valid driver’s license is necessary, along with the capability to carry out physically intense tasks, including the ability to lift weights of up to 100 pounds.
