Job description
The Food Service Manager will play a key role in managing daily kitchen activities, maintaining compliance with food safety standards, and boosting sales through strategic inventory and personnel management. This position will involve reviewing financial reports to improve overall business performance and offering guidance to staff to elevate customer service standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, specifically in operations with annual sales exceeding $1 million. Candidates must be skilled in financial reporting, P&L statements, and Microsoft Office, and should be capable of lifting weights over 50 pounds.
