**Front End Team Leader**
The Front End Team Leader is responsible for supervising the daily activities at the front-end of the store, focusing on team productivity, upholding customer service excellence, and maintaining store cleanliness. This role includes managing payroll, assisting with merchandising strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety and security guidelines. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
