Job description
**Assistant Store Manager**
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing staff schedules and ensuring the store maintains high-performance standards and cleanliness. This role also involves contributing to the development of operational strategies, training staff members, and upholding inventory and merchandising standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible retail experience and be at least 18 years of age. Additionally, the position requires the ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate store equipment, and exhibit excellent leadership and communication abilities.
