**Grooming Salon Leader**
The Grooming Salon Leader oversees the daily operations of the salon, which encompasses managing schedules, inventory control, and supervising the team. This role also involves providing specialized grooming services while maintaining excellent standards for safety, customer satisfaction, and team growth. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of professional grooming experience along with robust leadership abilities. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Candidates must be capable of working with pets of various temperaments and should be available for a full-time schedule.
