Job description
The Maintenance Technician II plays a crucial role in upkeeping and enhancing a luxury apartment community by diagnosing and addressing problems related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems. This position also involves preparing vacant units for incoming residents and ensuring the property remains visually appealing. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of general maintenance experience alongside a solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. A CPO certification is mandatory, and familiarity with the MS Office Suite is preferred.
