Job description
The role of the Meat/Assistant Department Leader involves delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring that the department remains safe and clean. This position requires achieving sales and profit targets while upholding all quality assurance standards. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of math, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with prior experience in meat production, retail, or management.
