**Job Title: Park Maintenance Worker**
The Park Maintenance Worker is responsible for carrying out various general labor tasks, collecting refuse, and engaging in horticultural activities within a specified neighborhood service area. This position also includes contributing to park improvement initiatives and managing emergencies as they arise. Candidates should possess a minimum of six months of general labor experience and be capable of handling physically demanding work. Additionally, applicants must secure a Class B Commercial Driver’s License and a Virginia Registered Technician’s License within the first year of their employment.
