The Produce Department Leader plays a crucial role in executing company strategies aimed at enhancing sales and profitability in the produce section. This position entails overseeing daily operations such as inventory management, product display, and employee scheduling, all while ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met. Applicants should possess a solid understanding of produce handling and store procedures, as well as the capability to navigate high-pressure environments and communicate clearly. Experience in produce or food preparation is preferred, and candidates should be prepared to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
