Job description
**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring adherence to health services contracts at the facility level by evaluating the quality of healthcare services and confirming that performance standards are achieved. This role includes creating data analysis systems, leading quality improvement initiatives, and offering support to staff to uphold policy and accreditation requirements. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact state. A minimum of five years of nursing experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in compliance oversight or correctional healthcare settings.
