Job description
The Registered Respiratory Therapist will assess and deliver care to patients experiencing respiratory issues, which includes creating and executing treatment strategies. Their role also encompasses observing patient conditions, delivering medications, and being part of emergency resuscitation teams. Applicants must possess a current Respiratory Care Practitioner credential from the Texas Respiratory Care Practitioners Certification Program, as well as a Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC. Furthermore, a BLS provider certification and a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with relevant experience or an associate’s/technical degree, are prerequisites.
