Job description
**Resident Care Specialist**
The Resident Care Specialist is responsible for delivering direct support, safety, and oversight to adjudicated adolescents within a residential setting. Key duties encompass monitoring resident behavior, performing facility inspections, recording activities, and ensuring secure transportation for the residents. To be considered for this position, applicants must be at least 21 years old and hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Furthermore, candidates must successfully complete a background investigation and drug screening, as well as maintain a valid driver’s license in Oklahoma.
