**Supervisor Job Description**
The Supervisor will manage front-end store team members to guarantee superior customer service and foster engagement with loyalty programs. This role includes the training of associates, overseeing POS operations, and ensuring the store is clean, safe, and well-organized. Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail and at least 6 months of leadership experience. The position demands a flexible schedule, including availability during evenings and weekends, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
