Job description
**Store Lead**
The Store Lead plays a key role in assisting the management team with the daily operations of the store. This includes managing opening and closing tasks and fulfilling the role of Leader on Duty. Key responsibilities involve training team members, enhancing store profitability, and upholding excellent standards in customer service and store aesthetics. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1-3 years of retail experience. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends, and requires the physical ability to navigate the sales floor and lift up to 50 lbs.
