**Zone Team Leader**
The Zone Team Leader is responsible for guiding and directing the effective operations of a designated retail sales floor area. Key duties entail managing merchandising efforts, overseeing inventory management, upholding customer service excellence, and allocating daily tasks to team members. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting. This position demands flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and requires the capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
