Job description
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for steering the effective management of a designated area within the retail sales floor. Key duties involve supervising merchandising strategies, inventory management, customer service protocols, and the overall daily operations of the store. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and bring 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail. This position demands flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and requires the capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
