**Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the operations within a designated area of the retail sales floor. Key duties involve supervising merchandising activities, managing inventory procedures, coordinating staff schedules, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting. This position necessitates availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the capability to carry out physical tasks, such as lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
