**Job Title: Assistant Store Manager**
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the store by overseeing customer service, fostering team growth, and handling daily administrative responsibilities. Key duties also involve upholding store cleanliness, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards. Ideal candidates will possess experience in retail or grocery management and must be physically capable of performing tasks, including lifting items up to 55 lbs. Essential skills include strong communication, effective organization, and proficient problem-solving abilities, along with a high school diploma or its equivalent.
