**General Manager**
The General Manager is accountable for the comprehensive management of store operations, which encompasses inventory control, financial management, and personnel oversight. The individual in this position is tasked with ensuring compliance with company guidelines, upholding store hygiene standards, and enhancing profitability by implementing successful marketing strategies and providing excellent customer service. Applicants should have robust mathematical, verbal communication, and organizational skills, along with proven leadership capabilities. Physical endurance is necessary for activities such as standing, lifting, and moving throughout the store, and a valid driver’s license is required for delivery responsibilities.
