Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, which encompasses overseeing inventory management, cash handling, and supervising staff. They are tasked with ensuring compliance with company policies while upholding exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean store environment. Applicants should have excellent communication abilities and be adept at performing basic math calculations efficiently. This position also demands physical endurance for activities like lifting weights up to 50 pounds and being on their feet for long durations.
