**Job Title: Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the store, which encompasses managing inventory, merchandising, and upholding store cleanliness standards. This position also involves assisting the Store Manager with the supervision, training, and development of store associates while ensuring a high level of customer service. Ideal candidates will possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, and prior experience in retail or grocery management is preferred. This role demands physical capability to lift items weighing up to 55 lbs and to perform activities such as walking, standing, and climbing.
