Job description
**Dean of Students**
The Dean of Students oversees student discipline, behavior programs, and ensures school safety in partnership with the principal and staff. In this role, they act as a bridge between the school, families, and community organizations to enhance student success and social growth. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of outstanding teaching experience. While a teaching certificate is preferred, strong leadership qualities and excellent organizational skills are essential.
