**Assistant Bakery Operations Manager**
The Assistant Bakery Operations Manager collaborates with the Bakery Operations Manager to manage everyday operations, which encompass staffing, inventory control, and upholding superior standards for product quality and sanitation. This role entails mentoring and developing team members, ensuring an outstanding experience for guests, and taking on independent leadership within the bakery when needed. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of leadership experience in a retail, restaurant, or hospitality setting. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
