Job Title: Guest Service Representative
The Guest Service Representative oversees all aspects of front office operations, which encompasses guest check-in and registration, responding to guest inquiries, and fulfilling the responsibilities of Manager on Duty. In this role, they will implement sales initiatives aimed at boosting hotel revenue and may provide support to departments such as housekeeping or food and beverage when necessary. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with prior experience in service, sales, or guest relations. This position demands physical endurance to remain on your feet for eight hours and the capability to lift items weighing up to 60 pounds.
