The Backroom Coordinator plays a vital role in managing truck deliveries, overseeing merchandise processing, and facilitating the smooth transition of products to the sales floor. This position also involves coaching and developing team members while upholding exceptional standards for store cleanliness, organization, and customer service. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role. This role necessitates a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends, as well as the physical strength to lift heavy items.
