Job description
**Quality Program Manager**
The Quality Program Manager will oversee the development and upkeep of the Quality Management Program, ensuring alignment with contractual performance requirements. This position entails executing internal audits, engaging in root-cause analysis, and spearheading initiatives geared towards continuous improvement throughout the organization. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree coupled with a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity related to Federal or defense contracts. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required for this role.
