Job description
The Backroom Coordinator plays a key role in managing truck deliveries, processing inventory, and facilitating a smooth transition of merchandise to the sales floor. This position involves training and guiding team members while upholding excellence in cleanliness, organization, and customer service. Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail and at least 6 months in a leadership capacity. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including availability for nights and weekends, as well as the strength to lift heavy items.
