This role is crucial in delivering outstanding service to clients, handling transactions efficiently, and offering critical information regarding veterinary services. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a reception position, with preference for those who have experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting. Candidates must be skilled in using veterinary practice management software and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication abilities.
