Job description
**Clinician Charge**
The Clinician Charge is responsible for managing daily operations within the unit, supervising the nursing team, and coordinating patient care to achieve the best possible outcomes. This role involves acting as a clinical authority and leader, fostering effective communication among staff, physicians, and administrators, as well as providing mentorship to newer nursing professionals. Applicants should have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a minimum of two years of recent nursing experience, with at least two years in the applicable specialty area. A current, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nursing license and BLS certification are mandatory.
