Job description
**Job Title: Development Operations Manager**
The Development Operations Manager will be at the forefront of systems, insights, and processes that enhance fundraising effectiveness and foster philanthropic expansion. This role entails the management of donor CRM systems, the administration of gift processing, and the delivery of strategic reporting that informs organizational decisions. Candidates are expected to possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM or database management, along with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, complemented by advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and robust analytical abilities.
