The Market Manager is responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, and employee effectiveness at various collision repair facilities. This role involves guiding teams, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, and fostering robust partnerships with insurance providers and dealership accounts. Applicants should have a minimum of five years’ experience in the collision repair sector, alongside three years of management experience. A strong background in analyzing financial statements and significant experience in estimating is essential.
