Job description
**Position: Engineering Lead**
Take charge of an engineering team to develop and implement robust, long-term workflow orchestration solutions utilizing Node.js and Temporal. Oversee the entire delivery pipeline, guaranteeing system reliability, observability, and seamless collaboration across various functions. A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 6 years of experience in full-stack software engineering, along with leadership capabilities, is required. Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Kafka, and the architecture of distributed systems is crucial.
