Job description
The Food & Beverage Manager will be in charge of the daily management, staffing, and fiscal performance of designated food service sectors at COTALAND. This position entails overseeing inventory management, upholding high food quality standards, and delivering outstanding customer service to patrons. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership position within the food and beverage industry and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication abilities. This role mandates the capacity to work on-site in Austin, TX, along with a willingness to adopt flexible hours for events that may fall outside the traditional schedule.
