**Resident Lifestyle Director**
The Resident Lifestyle Director is responsible for designing and organizing programs that enhance the physical, mental, and emotional wellness of residents. This role includes supervising the activity department personnel, managing budgets, and promoting community involvement through events and newsletters. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in managing activity programs in a senior living environment and hold a high school diploma, with a preference for candidates who have an associate degree or higher. Essential qualifications include strong leadership capabilities, excellent organizational and creative skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
