Job description
The Property Manager plays a key role in evaluating customers’ storage requirements, promoting and selling supplies, and ensuring the facility is clean and secure. Additionally, this position involves routine administrative responsibilities, including cash drawer audits, bank deposits, and customer account management. Applicants should possess a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle to travel between different work sites. The job also demands the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds and to carry out outdoor maintenance activities.
