Job description
**Job Title: Health and Safety Professional**
The Health and Safety Professional is tasked with overseeing daily hazard reduction strategies, conducting incident investigations, and performing workplace inspections across tunnel and mining projects. This role involves working closely with management to formulate safety policies, provide training, and guarantee adherence to both regulatory standards and project-specific demands. Applicants should possess a minimum of 15 years of evolving safety management experience, which must include at least 5 years in a leadership position within the heavy civil construction or engineering sectors. Required qualifications include professional certifications such as CSP, along with specialized training for underground miners (30 CFR Part 48 Subpart B).
