Job description
**Property Manager**
The Property Manager plays a crucial role in evaluating customer storage requirements, promoting packing supplies, and ensuring the facility is clean and secure. This position also involves performing daily administrative duties, such as conducting cash drawer audits, processing bank deposits, and overseeing customer payment collections. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and have personal vehicle access for traveling between work sites. The position demands physical capability to lift weights up to 35 pounds and to carry out maintenance tasks outdoors.
