**Job Title: Retail Operations Leader**
In this role, you will support department management, optimize financial potential, and take on leadership duties when managers are unavailable. You will exemplify the company’s core values of respect, integrity, and safety while managing daily retail activities. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, coupled with a minimum of six months of experience within the company and one to two years in retail. Applicants must be 18 or older, able to pass a drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license, along with lift truck and CPR/first aid certifications.
