Job description
The Property Manager oversees the evaluation of customer storage requirements, promotes the sale of moving supplies, and ensures the property remains clean and well-maintained. This role also includes various administrative duties like auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and overseeing customer accounts. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to their own vehicle for travel between different worksites. Additionally, the position necessitates the capability to lift weights of up to 35 pounds and carry out outdoor maintenance responsibilities.
