The Implementation Consultant will assist small business clients by setting up HCM solutions and ensuring the successful transfer of data. They will serve as a reliable advisor, leading meetings and offering support after implementation to guarantee the best use of the system. Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or HCM implementations, along with a solid command of Microsoft Excel. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although those with an associate degree or considerable relevant experience may also be eligible.
