Job description
The Director will oversee the creation, administration, and assessment of enrichment initiatives aimed at youth and families, ensuring adherence to regulations and financial viability. Additionally, this role involves cultivating community partnerships and managing program staff to further the YMCA’s mission. A bachelor’s degree in fields such as recreation, youth development, or education is desirable, accompanied by relevant experience in program or camp oversight. Applicants should demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and familiarity with state child care licensing and health standards.
