**Corporate Controller**
The Corporate Controller will oversee the monthly and yearly financial closing processes, which includes the consolidation of over 80 legal entities. This role will act as a financial partner to the executive leadership team, managing internal controls, budgeting, and the coordination of audits. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and have a CPA certification. A minimum of 10 years of advancing experience in real estate, property management, or development is essential.
